Awareness during meditation remains only so long as our thought remains in touch with the physical mind. When it goes deeper into the finer layers of consciousness, physical awareness is lost, although silent meditation goes on unconsciously in the subconscious mind.

One Beautiful Thought — Babuji, 2020-11-20

Quran 41:53

— Hamidullah

We will show them Our signs in the horizons and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that it is the truth. But is it not sufficient concerning your Lord that He is, over all things, a Witness?

— Sahih International

Matthew 26:45

— Louis Segond, 1910

Then cometh he to his disciples, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.

— King James Version

Bhagavad Gita 13:33

yathA sarvagataM saukShmyAdAkAshaM nopalipyate |
sarvatrAvasthito dehe tathAtmA nopalipyate

Like to the light of the all-piercing sun
[Which is not changed by aught it shines upon,]
The Soul's light shineth pure in every place;

Whispers

Whisper of 2016-05-26, 10:00 — Babuji

The time of childhood and innocence passes quickly. The human being is then confronted with the reality of life and the trials that abound. It is said that they are formative and necessary, and in the end, their outcomes prove that they have played a leading role. Acceptance, and the love that it can bring about within oneself, embellishes each trial. To cultivate this love in a state of surrender and fervour is a divine gift; it elevates the soul to its highest destiny. A true spiritual process has this noble goal: from one incarnation to the next, a link is created by which fervour is maintained. Nothing noble and beautiful is lost. This capital oscillates, becoming increasingly important for leading the soul to its complete fulfilment. Following a spiritual way opens up perspectives and adds value to that capital so often ignored by human beings, who are caught in the pervading negativity and the hustle and bustle of life. They neglect this innate treasure until the day when the divine splendour is revealed to them in its many manifestations. When human beings truly become aware of this potential, prospects unfold before them; they review their understanding of life and become truly committed, for their greatest good. We are happy to witness the commitment of our abhyasis, their progress and their journey as they make their way on this extraordinary path. Why not say it: Sahaj Marg is not ordinary and neither are its results. To all, the best, along with our blessings.
