Quran 3:190

En vérité, dans la création des cieux et de la terre, et dans l'alternance de la nuit et du jour, il y a certes des signes pour les doués d'intelligence,

Détends-toi, imagine un monde de pureté et d’amour où tout serait harmonieux. Cette condition, tu peux la créer en toi, loin de toutes les turbulences humaines. Une démarche spirituelle aide à créer ces moments de délectation où tout, en ces états d’immersion, perd de son importance. Relativiser, s’intérioriser amène à ce contact privilégié avec nos cœurs. Le Maître incarné est le relais sacré, celui qui aide l’aspirant à dépasser les barrières de la matérialité ; là est le plus noble des buts, ici-bas.

Lorsqu’une âme s’ouvre à la magnificence de l’Esprit, elle parvient à relativiser et à

faire la part des choses sur son cheminement terrestre. Il n’est pas simple, parfois, de tout assumer ; les besoins du corps physique sont impératifs, [mais] ceux de l’âme n’en restent pas moins essentiels. Parvenir à tout coordonner et à gérer harmonieusement ce qui constitue une vie équilibrée dénote une certaine sagesse. Nos abhyasis, pour la plupart, n’en manquent pas, même s’ils rencontrent, comme tous leurs semblables, de nombreuses difficultés. Suivre un objectif avec détermination lorsque – comme celui-ci – il débouche sur le plus important d’une vie, est méritoire. Puissent tous parvenir à un état de sagesse suffisant et savoir faire la part des choses en toutes circonstances. »

Relax, and imagine a world of purity and love where everything is harmonious. You can create this condition inside yourself, far from all human turbulence. A spiritual approach helps create these moments of delight where, in such states of immersion, everything else loses its importance. Keeping things in perspective and interiorising oneself leads to this privileged contact with our hearts. The living Master is the sacred relay, one who helps the aspirant transcend the barriers of materiality; there lies the noblest of goals here below. When a soul opens up to the magnificence of the Spirit, it is able to keep a sense of proportion and put everything into perspective during its Earthly journey. It is not always easy to cope with everything; the needs of the physical body are imperative, and those of the soul are no less important.

Being able to coordinate all of this and to harmoniously manage what constitutes a balanced life testifies to a certain wisdom. Our abhyasis, for the most part, are not lacking this wisdom, even if, like all of their fellows, they are faced with many difficulties. It is commendable to work towards a goal with determination when that goal leads, as ours does, to the most important aspect of life. May all achieve a

sufficient state of wisdom and know how to put everything into perspective in all circumstances.
