Don't be like the autumn leaves falling from a tree, blown by the wind every which way, without any direction or focus.

Quran 3:78

— Hamidullah

And indeed, there is among them a party who alter the Scripture with their tongues so you may think it is from the Scripture, but it is not from the Scripture. And they say, "This is from Allah," but it is not from Allah. And they speak untruth about Allah while they know.

— Sahih International

Matthew 26:31

— Louis Segond, 1910

Then saith Jesus unto them, All ye shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad.

— King James Version

Bhagavad Gita 2:41

vyavasAyAtmikA buddhirekeha kurunandana |
bahushAkhA hyanantAshcha buddhayo.avyavasAyinAm

Here, Glory of the Kurus! shines one rule--
One steadfast rule--while shifting souls have laws
Many and hard. Specious, but wrongful deem

Whispers

Whisper of 2001-12-07, 10:00 — Babuji

Babuji --Réflexions

— Message du Monde Lumineux (Babuji Maharaj)

That is good, you are making progress, and you are able to receive us even in unfavourable situations.

"The circulation of energy between our two hearts is well established. You can assess the distance you have come to arrive at this easiness.

"Beings around you and those who will have access to these messages will not be able to imagine how much you gave of your person to achieve this result.

"We mentioned the notion of service previously, here is an illustration of it; it necessarily entails sacrifice, even if it is agreed to with love.

"Where would the attractiveness reside of a life devoted to whims, to selfsatisfaction, without looking around oneself, without the least commitment towards others? A frenzied self-centredness leads to the greatest isolation and limits life. To grow richer, it must closely mix not only with one's fellow creatures, but all forms of life, and it must be engaged in a dedicated and selfless action.

"Thus does an incarnation take on its full meaning: opening up to others is the purpose of the long process which justifies it. Selfishness does not bear fruit; it makes the creature regress by holding it far away from the altar where the celestial agreements are signed.

"You who read us are completely able to understand the true meaning of our remarks."
